My intuitive awakening journey started with a migraine… it wouldn’t go away for months, then lasted over a year. Then stomach issues began as relationships were being stripped down and other life experiences started spiraling. I felt unseen, spending hours at different medical offices trying to find a cure or explanation for something that was not created by physical source, but rather was an internal emotional and energetic disconnect. It was time for the unveiling of the mask I had been wearing for so many years. I had been ignoring myself, my intuition and my value. I was taking action for others around me - making sure others were comfortable and had what they needed. Overworked. Overstimulated. Stressed out and anxious. I was putting myself on the back burner. I wasn’t voicing my needs, or if I did, I was told that it was “my cross to bear”, or “get used to it.” I became resentful and depressed. I was lashing out and living in victim mentality. The prescribed medications and the talk therapy weren’t cutting it for me. I was desperate to try anything to feel better again… so I tried this thing called “intuitive energy healing”. And WHOA!… in that vulnerable moment to try something different, my intuitive journey began… in 2018.

Since the re-awakening of my intuitive senses, I have learned a lot about the world of intuition and intuitive energy healing - and there is so much more for me to learn. I have learned from amazing teachers, colleagues and healers who walked me through the first part of my intuitive journey. And now I stand in my personal power, connected to Spirit/Source/God/Father/Mother, while assisting others in finding their voice and their intuitive strengths. I am an energy wellness coach which covers a broad range of intuitive gifts along with my natural analytical strengths. I help you to find courage and patience along the journey of opening up your natural intuitive gifts by healing through feeling and being honest with yourself. I am an intuitive channel, meaning I allow energy to work through my voice and my body to bring you messages from the Universe.

I have been certified in different modalities like Usui Reiki and Access Consciousness Bars.  I have taken courses from the Lightshine Academy, I am an initiate of the Munay Ki Rites and I am certified in reading the Akashic Records.  I have taken a countless number of online courses, read numerous spiritual books and had multiple spiritual mentors. While all were helpful in their own way, I still felt a pull to create a simpler approach to understanding life-force energy and intuition. As my journey unfolded, I realized there was one message that continued to be shared with me… “COMBINE 3D WITH 5D”. What did that mean? I have learned, and am still learning, that my mission is to teach others how to connect in to their intuition (your own personal guidance system) and use it in everyday life. There is a whole guidance system within us that we have been ignoring. We are constantly looking to the outside for answers or validation. Constantly seeking answers externally can become confusing and at times the answers seem overly complicated. This old programming even has the potential to damage our sense of trust, self-worth and faith. It is time for us to go inward. It is time to find our truth and use the energy from that truth to make new choices and take bold actions in our daily life. These new choices and bold actions come from the heart space which assist us in creation of a “new” earth.

I believe everyone is intuitive. However, it is something that can be very unique and personal to each individual - there are multiple ways to access your intuition. I am here to assist you in opening your intuitive gifts and then show you how to use them alongside the positive choices you make and creative actions you take in life. You are worthy! You are loved!
