I have the ability of translating energy into healing messages and helping you feel more aligned and balanced in mind, heart, body, and spirit. While my intuitive abilities have always been with me, they were buried for nearly 30 years under societal expectations, leading to frustration and dis-ease within. I felt lost and disconnected, unsure of who I was, and sensed that something was missing. As I worked through old beliefs and wounds, I began to rediscover my inner power and unconditional love, no matter life’s circumstances. This journey of self-discovery and expanding my intuitive nature helped me build a deep trust in myself and my divine connection.

My mission is to help souls expand and grow, living their best lives through their unique and fulfilling Earth missions. I guide individuals to connect deeply with their hearts and minds, remembering their divinity within. My awakening began with a persistent migraine, followed by stomach issues and unraveling relationships. After countless medical visits, I realized these symptoms stemmed from an emotional and energetic disconnect, not a physical cause. I had been ignoring my intuition and personal needs, overextending myself for others. Overworked and stressed, I reached a breaking point and turned to intuitive energy healing in desperation. That vulnerable moment in 2018 marked the beginning of my intuitive journey.

Since reawakening my intuitive senses, I’ve learned much about intuition and energy healing, and continue to grow. With guidance from incredible teachers and mentors, I now stand in my power, connected to GOD, helping others find their voice and intuitive strengths. As an energy wellness coach, I blend intuitive gifts with analytical skills to guide you on your journey of self-discovery. I help you embrace courage and patience, healing through honesty and self-awareness. As an intuitive channel, I allow energy to flow through me, delivering messages from the Universe.

I am certified in modalities such as Usui Reiki, Access Consciousness Bars, and the Akashic Records. I’ve studied with Lightshine Academy, undergone the Munay Ki Rites, and absorbed wisdom from countless courses, books, and mentors. Yet, I felt called to create a simpler approach to understanding life-force energy and intuition. My journey taught me the importance of blending the physical (3D) with the spiritual (5D). I now teach others how to connect with their intuition and integrate it into daily life.

Many of us seek answers and validation externally, which can be confusing and erode our sense of trust and self-worth.
