This channeled energy work has been helpful for many who have seen and felt amazing results after each session. Liz works as the channel for healing and energetic alignment and your part in these sessions is to be open to receive the attunements.
This session is via distance (you can stay in the comfort of your own home and energy is channeled to you like radio waves), typically performed in the evenings. After purchase, Liz will reach out via email to confirm the day and to understand why you would like energy healing work/transmissions. During a session, some people may feel slight heat or cold, tingles, swaying, small bodily twitches and other very minor physical feelings - these are all very common during an energy healing session. Others may not feel anything physically, but they do feel emotional releases (tears, laughter, peace, calm) and mental clarity after a session.
These sessions are great for finding balance mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. It may take more than one session to reach your goals depending on your requests or intentions and how long you have been feeling the blocks in your energetic field. Energy sessions are a positive addition alongside traditional medical care or therapy as well (that is how I started too!). These sessions will not interfere with your traditional treatment, but rather, allow you to feel more relaxed and at ease while receiving the help you need.

I then send a message (via email) to you about everything that happened during the chakra scan. This can take up to 3 hours as we work to align and balance the energy. Great to do while sleeping!***
